A specialised biometrics CRO
built on more than 35 years
of clinical expertise.

This experience has given us a clear understanding of where trials encounter difficulty and how early those signs appear. We apply it from study set-up through to final results, so you see your data clearly and early enough to act.

Where data becomes direction

Our work starts with the data and the expertise behind it. Focus and precision guide every step, building biometrics you can trust and evidence that leads to better-informed decisions.

  1. Data

Every study begins with data points that build the evidence needed to answer the key clinical and statistical questions.

  2. Focus

Our experts bring direction to that data, concentrating on the endpoints, trends and sources of variability that shape the study.

  3. Precision

With that focus set, we apply the right statistical methods and quality controls so the analysis is robust, reproducible and aligned with the protocol.

  4. Excellence

The result reflects the standard we work towards every day: delivery that meets the scientific, operational and regulatory demands of the study.

Built on decades of expertise

More than 35 years ago, Metronomia was built around a simple idea: clinical decisions are only as strong as the data behind them. Since 1990, we have grown into a specialist biometrics CRO, helping sponsors generate reliable evidence and make well-informed decisions throughout clinical development.
