Four straightforward steps, with a person on the other side of each one.

  1. Apply

Start with the role that feels right

Your application Apply for an open role or send us a speculative application through our online tool.
What to include Your CV is essential, and a short cover letter helps us understand your experience and why you want to join Metronomia.
  2. Conversations

A chance to get to know the team

Getting to know you We usually start with an informal Teams or phone conversation with a director from the relevant department.
Meeting the team A second conversation is often held in person, giving you the opportunity to meet potential colleagues and get a better feel for how we work.
  3. Offer

Making sure it works both ways

Our decision We aim to come back to you as soon as possible following your final conversation.
The full picture If we’d like you to join us, we’ll discuss the role, compensation and team, with plenty of opportunity for your questions before the contract is sent.
  4. Onboarding

    Starting with the right support

A supported start You’ll have a dedicated buddy and a structured onboarding programme tailored to your role.
Getting connected You’ll spend dedicated time with experienced colleagues, helping you understand how we work and build connections across the team.

Whatever the outcome, you'll hear from us

Not every application results in an offer, but everyone deserves clarity. If we decide not to move forward, we'll let you know as soon as we can and make sure you receive an update.

We can't always provide individual feedback, and occasionally circumstances may affect response times, but our aim is to keep the process clear, respectful and consistent.

Current open positions

Every application is reviewed personally by our HR team. Before applying, take a moment to explore the role and our hiring process, so you know what to expect and can decide whether the opportunity feels right for you.

Send us a spontaneous application.

We're always open to hearing from people who could bring something valuable to Metronomia, even when there isn't a current vacancy that quite fits. The same applies to internships and student opportunities, which we don't advertise as frequently, so send us your application and it will go directly to our HR team for consideration.

Spontaneous application

Both of our HR managers handle recruitment personally

Our HR team is with you from day one, and every day after. They personally manage every application, so you always know there's a real person guiding you through the process. And once you're in? They're still your go-to for anything on your mind, big or small.
